THE STORY OF Elevar Homes

Elevar Homes was started by Danilo and his business partner, Blanca Madrid in 2018 in Bolingbrook, Illinois. They purchase their first redevelopment property for $175,000. Since then they grown their business to include buying property across the country. Since 2018 they have worked hard to improve many of the neighborhoods in Illinois. To date they have transacted over 10 million dollars in real estate transactions. They have purchased over dozens of properties and in any given month they regularly have 2-3 homes in their inventory in various stages of redevelopment. Our team is highly motivated, knowledgeable, ethical and resourceful. Qualified to handle any real estate transaction, our dedicated staff is committed to helping people with their real estate needs and making successful deals happen. Our team of professionals has the integrity to follow up on our promises, and the expertise to navigate any transaction to ensure you’re fully informed for making the best decision possible.
